As a subsidiary of GENESIS Architectural Design
(see links page), this residential design branch was
established in 2004. Since its founding, we have
designed projects for clients throughout the
Midwest.
Our work consists of new homes and additions and
alterations to existing homes. New construction
projects can include new homes and custom
homes, lake houses, retreats and cabins.
Edward Matt is an architect, licensed in the state
of Iowa and a member of American Institute of
Architects. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture
degree from Iowa State University.
He worked with multiple architectural firms in the
Des Moines area gaining experience with
numerous commercial and residential design
projects before starting his own firm in October of
2004.
